FAQ

How do you verify the emails?

We verify every email at delivery using ZeroBounce. If a list exceeds 3% bounce, we re-verify and replace bounced contacts free — or 100% credit on your next order, your choice.

What format does the list ship in?

A single UTF-8 CSV containing the contracted number of rows, plus a ZeroBounce verification report (CSV) with per-row email status. Excel or Google Sheets copies available on request, no upcharge.

What if the ICP I want is too narrow for the order size?

We flag it before we take the order. The intake form has five required ICP fields; if the universe is smaller than your contracted count, we say so and offer a resized order or a refund. We don't ship 170 contacts on a 250-contact order without telling you first.

Is the 48-hour turnaround guaranteed?

No. 48 hours is the standard turnaround on most orders — what we ship against by default. Bounce rate is the metric we guarantee. Turnaround varies with our calendar; we say so on the order page if a tier is running long.

Do you work with B2C, healthcare PHI, or political lists?

No. B2B only. We don't build, enrich, or write for: B2C, healthcare data covered by HIPAA, adult / gambling / crypto, MLM, or political campaigns. Full exclusion list is on every order page.

How do I pay?

Stripe checkout on coldary.com for standard menu orders. Fiverr remains active as a secondary channel. Custom orders or bundles: email hello@coldary.com.

What if I want changes after delivery?

One free revision round on Gig 1 within 7 days for fields that miss your brief (wrong titles, wrong geography, wrong size band, exclusions ignored). Paid recalibration beyond the free round runs at 50% of the order price. Bounce-rate misses are a separate path — covered by the remedy above.
